Air Transport
The capitals cities of all the Amazonian states are served by air connections
(often not direct) with all the state capitals of Brazil.
Only Manaus, Belém and Macapá have international airports.
Many localities are not served (or are served sporadically) by the airlines.
For that reason, the use of air taxis and small plane freight carriers
is frequent.
See under each state the cities served by the airlines, the local contacts
of the respective companies and the air taxi options.
Next are shown the national contact addresses of the companies serving
the Amazon region.
